Pearlie JThe staff and equipment at Maricopa Self Storage on John Wayne Parkway is awesome and they take good care of all of their facility and vehicles. They keep good track and know what they have, unlike someone from U-haul who called me at 7:30 am to ask me if I could pick up at a different location and was rude to me. I continued as previously arranged to Maricopa Self Storage where they had 4 of the size truck I had reserved. I’m still wondering why someone from U-haul called me for no reason whatsoever except that his computer screen told him Maricopa Self Storage had no trucks that size. Unreal. Maricopa sefl storage knows, how did U-Haul not know and try to send me somewhere else. The number he called from was 602-243-4354.
CHRISTIAN OExpensive. Cleaned out the truck and put gas in and still got charged a fee, also got charged for going over my 10 miles when i know I didn’t.
