This location was disgusting. Filthy, and the employee was drinking a beer (we saw it open, half empty, and super cold sitting by the restrooms). The truck size I wanted was not available, and the dolly I reserved also was not available. I wanted to pick my truck up in Santa Monica where I had always picked up prior rentals but they had me pick it up here instead.

The truck was dirty. Inside the trailer was dusty and smelled like construction debris. There was also broken mirror all over the ramp and also in side the truck, we had to sweep it out to make it safe. Their was also barely enough gas to make it to a gas station. The cab was fine and clean. We returned the vehicle with a lot more gas then we got, will we get a refund for that gas? Thank you.
