Service was marginal. Insurance added without my authorization; I had declined it when making my reservation. Trailer return instruction not offered; had to figure out the process on my own. Trailer ramp needed oiling; did not open well, needed some encouragement. Staff not friendly. It’s as though he didn’t want to be bothered with a trailer rental when their bread & butter income is really towing.
