The “no” answer regarding staff is due to none present. It was an after-hours drop off. I expected no staff present. The drop off was simple and straightforward. Would be easier, at all locations, if Wi-Fi were available so info could upload quicker.

I think it was wrong to charge us for a 6x12 trailer when we reserved a 5x8. You had 2 on the lot but the lights weren’t working. We should have been offered the 5x8 price, it wasnt our fault the lights weren’t working, or we would have gone to a different location. But by the time we picked up the trailer we had no choice but to take the 6x12, because of time constraints. Feel like it was a bait and switch
