The employee was being rude and impatient, firstly attempted to charge me for gas though the gas level was higher than when I picked up the truck, then he added a CWD fee of 16$ without notifying me and I have to call their customer service for a refund. Today, when I check my credit transactions, I found a charge of 232.72 dollars.
