Terrible customer service, they scammed money out of me and I would never go back to that location ever again
Bing CMilage charges. I was charged 63 dollars for less than 3 hours only travelling 40 km . I think that was bull something needs to be done about that . I was local and only went and back
Stanley MVehicle tires were run down and old and rear tires have no life them and had to get help twice on the drive way to move (no winter tires) and the location representative was awful and unprofessional. He will keep on ignoring, and catering to his convenience store customers and took us almost 20 mins to get the vehicle after giving our details. We asked for a vehicle and got another one, store is shady and the guy was rude and was more interested in selling cigarettes and lotto then catering to U haul customers, awfully bad experiencegg and would avoid going there at any cost.
