Overall, I had a very positive experience at this location. Although the facility itself could be a little cleaner and better organized, the process of picking up and returning the vehicle was extremely quick, easy, and efficient. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process hassle-free. After many years of renting trucks and cars from U-Haul and other rental companies, I can honestly say that this location impressed me with the quality and efficiency of its service. The only area I would suggest improving is the cleanliness of the rental vehicles. A little more attention to removing any garbage left behind by previous customers would make the experience even better. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from this location again.
