Great service. I have one sugguestion for the trucks. I rented the 15’ truck. Have backup cameras on trucks. Great safety and convenient feature. Cameras are so cheap and easy to install now that it wouldn’t cost Uhaul that much to implement. I have rented vans from other places and they already have them installed.

TERENCE CI made my reservation in Newmarket and got redirected to this location. Asked about returning to Newmarket and was told it was a small amount and to call U Haul. Returned to Newmarket and was then told an extra $110 to drop off there or return to Markham 1 hr away. I paid but it left a bad taste in my mouth about using U Haul again
DAVID PWhen I needed to switch the size of truck last minute, they were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location and will use their service again in the future.
