I opted for an in person pick up which would've been easier for me . When I went to pickup , to my surprise I was advised to complete the mobile pickup proccess , I had to call uhaul and be walked through and it ended up taking 40 mins till I left the lot , I was completing the proccess in the cold and rain which was very unpleasant . Windshield washer fluid was empty which was very inconvenient during the rain drizzle . Tires were slippery . Overall , not a good pickup experience . If in person wasn't available , not sure why they offered in the first place .
