The truck gas tank was below half level. The truck has severe scratches and dents and scrapes on it. Parked in a place that does not let you use the app to capture the images the app requires. If I am doing your work, at least make it easy for me to not have to move your truck to take the pictures you should be taking of your damage. The person at this location was a pleasure to deal with. Though somehow the drop off location was arbitrarily changed without my consent or input. Believe it was not his fault but someone in your logistics/operations to optimize your revenue (and maximize my inconvenience).
