My issue /complaint is not with the pickup or drop oo location but with Uhaul HQ personnel and the moving companies you recommend. Thru Uhaul I ordered a mover, Soft Touch Moving, to help with my move. The mover never showed up despite talking to the mover directly. When I contacted Uhaul to complain got bounced around to different people. All I was offered was a refund or credit to apply to another mover which would cost me an additional $70.00. Also to cancel the one way trailer rental I had to talk to two different people at Uhaul and was told to go back to where I rented the trailer to see if they would change my one way rental ($260.00) to a one day local rental ($35.00). This whole experience is totally unacceptable. At a minimum you need to delist Soft touch Movers from your referral list .

Philip LThere was very minimal gas when the vehicle was picked up and the same was filled and given back but still fuel service fee was charged. I also have a screenshot of the speedometer when I picked up the vehicle. This place is looting money.
