We weren't given any instructions about the key box or where to find it when we called the uhaul number we were given. I thought i had to go in to a store. Luckily my daughter was with me and figured out what to do. Otherwise the drop off went smoothly.

I have very bad experience on today's pick-up truck by use mobile app, 1/When time's up at my pickup time(11:30am, Feb25,2026), when I press pickup (green button) it nothing happy, tried many time still no response, I have to call customer service to get stuffs help me to go through that stage, 2/ Then when ask confirm the store location, after I scan the barcode on the U-Haul poster at front door, same nothing happen even try many times, still nees help from stuffs manually over the phone, after tried many times I have wasted an hour of my moving schedule, then finally got the car key then found the truck have been stuck by snow/ice, unable to move back or forward, I have to use my car hand shavel to clear ice under the tires, I had spend other 30mins to get truck move, Very very unhappy from today's U-Haul mobile app service. 👎🥺
