Hire a more enthusiastic employee. Limit employee breaks so customers doesn’t wait outside the door. Answer phone calls politely.
BENJAMIN RThe staff were not reassuring, no pre inspection of truck, no checklist about existing damage fuel level, we asked about multiple drivers and giving their drivers licence she said not needed and g to at anyone could drive the truck. No manager to speak too at location and we were not allowed to call them to ask our questions. When we drop off no inspection. I have no idea what I’m going to get as final but I am uneasy due to the whole place felt like it was a scam outfit. Also no one answers phone at the location.

SYED SThe truck's engine was making a loud sound throughout the trip. The windshield had a small crack and the wheel alignment was incorrect. I have rented much better trucks from UHaul
