No idea about drop off. It was late because of the snow and the truck got stuck on the Cape. We had to call U-Haul to have us pulled out so by the time we got to Marborough to unload it, we missed the hours for the store to drop it off while they were still open.

Entrance for drop off was confusing. No clearly designated place to park truck. Key drop off not obvious and people inside were a bit rude when I asked them to point me in the right direction.

HEIDI LGetting access thru the website was difficult. Needing to have employment verification should have been outlined when the reservation was made. It took almost an hour to get the truck.
