This place was a great location for us, and there is enough room to unload equipment without having to back up/turn around. The guys were very nice and helpful when we dropped off the trailer. This is a small suggestion, and not a big deal, but I would suggest having a better sign indicating instructions. There is a lot of clear signs indicating "drop off" but then we wondered around trying to figure out who to talk to. All in all this was a great location for drop off and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I had a mixed experience with my U-Haul rental, and I’d like to share both the challenges and the positive resolution. When I arrived at the location, there was initially no one available to assist with my booking, which caused some confusion and delay. Additionally, I had reserved a 15' truck, but it was not available upon arrival. As a result, I had to switch to a 10' truck, which created several complications for my moving plans. That said, I truly appreciate that the location owner later arrived and made an effort to assist me in securing the 10' truck so I could at least proceed. I also reached out to U-Haul support regarding the situation. While the initial interaction with the customer support team was not very helpful, the situation improved significantly when a manager named Toni got involved. Toni was very polite, understanding, and proactive in addressing my concerns. he not only handled the situation professionally but also offered compensation for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, while the experience did have its challenges, I am thankful for the efforts made by both the location owner and Toni to resolve the issue. Their support made a difficult situation much more manageable.

oliver hThe guy cleaned it out mostly before I took it, and he was great. The location was great. The trailer was the old garage door model, and it was dangerous to tow. Brakes were shot and it nearly pushed me off the road several times.
SCOTT HNo clear office location. Appeared to just be a lot of rentals. Was able to find someone working outside who ultimately took my trailer and said I didn't need to go to the office.
