Brian was very helpful. He returned calls promptly and made the reservation and pick up process very easy. The truck did very well on our cross country move and the trailer was perfect for hauling my car. The entire move went very smoothly, especially with the loading and unloading help I hired through UHaul. All great guys!

PETER NConfirm gas amount in vehicle is correct. We were given a truck with only 1/4 tank gas in it. Person took a picture of gas and mileage. When we dropped it off we were told they recorded it having 1/2 tank not 1/4.
Danielle OIf possible. Add a wifi signal or SOMETHING to help the cell phone signal, unless it's the u-haul app. It takes a bit of time for up load when I rent at this location.
RUBEN BOffice hours were 0900-1230. Arrived at 0910 no one was there, called the number no one answered rang the door bell no one answered there was another couple trying to pick up their equipment and stated the owner was a sleep and would not come down.
