super easy and fast, but there is no LTE/5G/4G internet service in the area there for your phone so very hard to use the app.

Jeff HIt would help the customer for the reservation center to know and advise when the pickup locations are closed. I found out on friday Mar.21 that my pickup location would be closed as usual on saturday Mar.22, my scheduled pickup day. They handled it well and gave me an extra day for picking up on friday. it could have been a bad suprise had I not called the pickup location on my own.
