I picked the Uhaul outside the fence and deposited the key in the box. There was no one around to talk to about the problems I had with the roof leaking and my items getting wet.

I did not see any signs indicating where the key drop box was - so I locked the keys in the truck. Then I got an extra 50 dollar charge to rekey the truck. There were no instructions on the reservation to look for a drop box. Recommend adding - do not lock keys in truck to each reservation. Then at least I would have called to find the lock box.
GREGORY HThere was some dog hair on the passenger seat and the cup holders were sticky. But over-all it was in decent shape. The mobile check-in process was perfect. I love being able to get the u-hauls and drop them off before or after business hours.
