The app was very difficult to use and failed to complete pick-up steps. Local phone number did not answer. Second, "1-800" number did answer and was excellent. Was not able to advise on gas mileage as since vehicle was empty caused us to buy too much gas for trip (which was not fully refunded)

Parking is on dead end at the entrance to the storage facility. Area that you pick up the truck is nothing but mud. Online instructions said to return the truck inside the gate. There is no way out on foot after parking the truck. I had to call my wife to come open the gate from the outside so I could get out. The check process was long and it was freezing. Had to stand out in the weather for 45 min while attempting to pick up the truck. My hand were frozen by the time I finally got the key and could sit in the truck. Had I know the process would have taken so long I would have rented elsewhere.
Michael MWhen I returned the truck, it was raining, after hours in a deserted place (Down a hill on the side of the interstate). This place did not feel safe at all. There were so many signs to read. I parked the truck, locked the doors and got into the car before looking at a text message asking questions and wanting pictures of the truck, where you parked it, the dashboard etc. The truck was already locked, and the keys were placed in a slot box. I am a paper person. All directions needed to be printed out and handed to me in the beginning of the transaction. I am not tech savvy.
