SCOTT KThe truck was ready and the pickup process was moderately easy, the major issue was there was zero equipment that I reserved. No dolly, no appliance dolly, no blankets. I had to drive almost an hour to pick up the equipment that should have been there in the first place. Furthermore, that added to the amount of fuel I used and had to refill.
