My original reservation location sent me to a different location and they didn't have 7 my information there either.
ANDRES MThe truck felt like it was going to break down at any moment, they didn't have funture blanks or straps. Also the truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas.
AARON DFirst reservation I made at a different location was awful. I almost went with a different company after having to cancel my previous reservation on moving day. The uhaul site showed a similar reservation could be made at the Chevron I picked up at, and I had a wonderful experience. Lovely employees, van in good state, everything was golden after that!
