When we reach our pick up location, No one is there to help On calling customer care they have transferred my call to multiple executive internally It’s been 2 hours to start my pick up On call executive has informed me that my charge was $91.00 plus tax And 72 miles free,they have given me the location of 30 miles away from my home When I reached for drop off location they said we can’t take your drop off Once again I have to call customer care for 2 times , they agreed for dropping off my u haul and charged me $174.00 Too much hassle for pick up and return Very bad customer service It’s taken 2 hours
