The man I worked with was nice, however I had to wait for him to arrive and was late to get back to my place for the movers. 7am pickup, no contact made until 7:30am. Uhaul made me drive 30 mins outside the city instead of finding me a truck within a smaller radius to my location. Trucks were parked on a main road, dangerous to pickup. I also found needles on the tow gate of the truck that put my movers in danger.

Nasia PWhen we reach our pick up location, No one is there to help On calling customer care they have transferred my call to multiple executive internally It’s been 2 hours to start my pick up On call executive has informed me that my charge was $91.00 plus tax And 72 miles free,they have given me the location of 30 miles away from my home When I reached for drop off location they said we can’t take your drop off Once again I have to call customer care for 2 times , they agreed for dropping off my u haul and charged me $174.00 Too much hassle for pick up and return Very bad customer service It’s taken 2 hours
