Last minute need. Called location and communication was friendly. Got to location and site was well kept and interior was clean. Manager was very helpful and friendly. No issues with truck. Everything worked fine. Will be my first choice next time I need a UHaul. Great job.
CHADRICK BI am confused by the charges for my recent rental. The box truck that I rented was supposed to be $29.95 per day and I rented it for 2 days and $1 per mile, and I drove 12 miles. The total bill was $120 and some change. I saw a $30 charge for insurance, was this optional or required because I was not given an option. Can someone please respond to my concern about this.

DeAndre MI wanted to say no because originally was suppose to pickup in Murray but had to drive to mayfield to pick up the U-Haul and on top of that got charged for a dolly and their was never one in there.
