The truck was given to me with just a little over half a tank but showed on the paperwork 3/4 full. I had to contact U-haul to get this resolved. I did not request the insurance coverage on-line but when I returned the truck, found out the coverage had been added. I'm trying to get this reimbursed but currently without any luck. The truck's steering wheel will was not even. When I got it. Please talk to the U-haul place in Naples, FL about this. The truck should have been inspected before renting it!

Make sure the trailers movable parts are lubed on a regular basis ie ramps, tongue jack, etc

Stephanie RMy experience with the EZ way location was only limited as I did a pick up before opening and did not book with them. However, I booked on U-Haul.com and my 20 foot truck was changed to a 15 foot truck without notice. Luckily, I saw this in an email and called to correct it. It was Christmas Eve and Heidi at the call center and her manager were SO VERY HELPFUL and got my situation straightened out easily. Unfortunately, this meant I had to travel further for my pickup and the furniture pads were not provided in the truck as the reservation was changed after close on Christmas Eve and I picked up the day after Christmas before opening as I had scheduled movers. Not any particular person’s fault other than whomever changed my truck size to smaller. We were moving from KY to Louisiana so the 15 foot truck would never have worked. We barely made the 20 foot work! Haha Anyway, I had issues with the app, but again, every single person at the call center was extremely helpful.
