This was not my first choice for pick up but my equipment wasn't available at my preferred location. The gentlemen that assisted me were very friendly and helpful; however it took 30 minutes to get checked out. The moving supplies I had purchased at the time of my reservation were not available at the pick up location so I had to drive the truck to my original location. I did get an additional 30 miles on my rental to cover the additional driving. While the truck was clean and ran well, the cab smelled very musty. Since it was the only truck available, I had to take it and drive with the windows down to abate the odor.
