I had the most awful experience with uhaul this time around, I had reserved a truck in my city and when I went to pick it up the guy at the location said it had been rented out and stated that anyone that goes to rent before you can bump you off your reservation, I honestly cried because I was frantic trying to find a truck at the last moment. I had to drive 30 min to another town to rent another truck. It was a horrible experience going through all this and the guy at the first location just said it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation or not we can give the truck out to anyone that comes in. I have never felt so helpless and just upset. Mind you I had reserved the truck a week before. The guy at the second location was kind and helpful.
