This may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Emmy called and accused me of returning the truck with a half-full tank, claiming I received it full. ***I drove 10 miles, and put in a gallon of gas***. She was rude, abusive, an absolutely horrible, miserable woman.

They sent me on a wild goose chase looking for a 10' truck... Employee S didn't seem to care that the company messed up my reservation and I had to pay the price for it. Terrible service, terrible system.

Location was not the real issue, rather the fact that my reservation was not confirmed till the day before! I got a text on Friday, before my move on Saturday, indicating the time and location of my reservations were changed. When I called customer service rep Julie on Friday afternoon, she was extremely unhelpful and rude. was not going to help identify another truck or location as I needed my truck prior to 2:00 PM. she simply kept saying we have no 10 or 15 foot trucks anywhere in that area. However, I was able to talk to a very helpful rep later in the afternoon, Ashley, who was able to help me secure my reservation. I will not be renting from Uhaul ever again as I cannot have my reservations changed right before my move. I am very disappointed in such a large company who cannot honor their reservations! How can a large company operate in such a poor manner is beyond me.

The vehicle had a defect. Right side mirror is not steady at one location. It flips to the door and makes right side view totally blind. It is hard to drive a vehicle with such condition especially when we change to right lane or make a right turn. Felt scary to drive such a vehicle. I kept my wife by my side which is not required if the vehicle is in good condition.

The guy who got me our truck on Saturday morning was AWESOME! All sorts of problems came up with the 3 or 4 people ahead of me - and he took care of all the bizarre problems! He deserves a pat on the back for managing all that chaos!

Had a reservation and the man was late to open the office and treated us like we were inconveniencing him by being there on time. Although the truck itself ran well and the return of the equipment was much more pleasant than the initial pick up, the tight parking and general layout of this rental location makes me warn others to steer clear and choose somewhere else to rent from.

Long line @ 9:00 AM. Suggest you stagger the pickups - don't tell everyone to show up at the same time if you've only got one guy, or at least have all the paperwork pre-printed and ready to go.

The facility office stank of cigarette smoke (so much so that my companion commented that I smelled like cigarettes after I left the office) and the woman working here, while kind, was clearly in significant physical pain with limited mobility. This resulted in her struggling to do her job and long wait times for customers. Additionally, my Uhaul van had a "check engine oil soon" light on.

I had reserved a van for 9am and when I got there the office was closed. When I called U-Haul customer service they tried to located the location manager and after 10 minutes I was told that they were running behind. They did not get there until 10am, so I lost one hour of my valuable time. I request a Reservation Guaranteed refund of $50. Claudio

The parking lot is so tight and close, it's almost impossible to get in and out! Additionally, only one person is working, and she has a bad foot and needs a walker to get around. The woman provides great service, but the woman has to hobble to the trucks/vans once returned to check them in upon return. She needs somebody who can help her! I would not recommend this location for the parking as well! Getting the vehicles in and out without hitting anything is a miracle!

The rental place needs clear signage. It doesn't look like a uhaul rental location. The business next door had to direct me to find it. But the service was excellent once I found it!
