the lady in the office did not know how to do the rental. we spent about 1 hour trying to get paperwork correct so we could get the truck. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Terrie HThe owner/manager was not friendly, rude and condescending and not helpful at all. Being a senior female I am quite capable of driving g with a cargo trailer but not able to connect or dis-connect the trailer from my car. I actually sat on the concrete to connect the lights and trailer hit hitch lock. Will not EVER go back to this location

Jenny WThe agen did not communicate well. He didn't explain that I needed to put fuel after I brought it back.
