Winnie in McAlester was excellent!! Second time using this facility. However, Tulsa office changed my reservation, that I made well in advance, from a 15’ to a 20’ truck. They kept e-mailing me asking if I would take a trailer to Florida with me. They explained there may be compensation in the form of extra day, more travel miles and/or $50 toward fuel. I declined that offer but u-haul won’t compensate for giving me a bigger vehicle, that uses more fuel, that I did not want or need and then said they don’t compensate for fuel in my case. Totally unacceptable. Again, Winnie in McAlester was fantastic!!
