It took over 45 minutes to get the truck. The clerk was the only one working and was going back and forth to sell drinks and gas too.

This little cation added safe move and never made me aware and I also declined it online . They also never gave me anything In store showing that this was added . My rental was $19.99 but they charged me 39.99. When I returned the rental the guy wasn’t there and they said he will bill me later only to find that I was billed triple what I should have . They also double charged me for a dolly appliance . I will be notifying uhaul about their business practices and disputing charges with my bank .

Better customer service, better trained employees and to understand that being rude to someone that’s bringing you business is really not the way to do good business. Uhauls are on every corner and I could have easily chose a different location,but this is the one that was closed to me. I had to talk to someone that was off that day from the store phone which wasn’t the problem. I get on the phone with him and his background is full of noise (children) he asked for me to spell my name and information out and then one we finished we had to do it all over again and he told me that he was doing me a favor. I not really sure how that is because this isn’t a free service I had to pay. It was a very bad experience.

There was only one attendant in the entire store so every time a customer came in, he would have to stop helping me with my U'haul reservation to serve the customers. I was patient and courteous the entire time but going forward, I would recommend someone who can do this without interruption. After all, I am a paying customer too.

Service was slow. Kept getting pushed back everytime a customer came to the counter to pay for a store item. Took more than 30 minutes to get a truck. When we returned the truck they made us move it from a large convenient parking space into heavy gas pump traffic and back it into a, not convenient for us, tight spot. I would also prefer getting a hard copy receipt for tax purposes instead of being sent to email where I have to spend time downloading and printing my own. Not once were we told thank you for your business. Will not go to this location again.

The location was less than a mile from house which was great but the customer service when returning was terrible. Only 1 person working at the Cheveron which includes the Uhaul. Took entirely to long to return truck.

The “agent” could barely speak English. I had to explain 3 times that I had a reservation. Luckily someone came in to help or I would still be standing at the counter trying to explain that I don’t want the $19 truck. Although the truck was clean, I think it needed a little maintenance. It pulled to the right and the drivers mirror would not hold position. I completely failed to mention this when I returned it. The trailer needed to be retired. It had seen better days. Luckily the vehicle I had on it was relatively light so I wasn’t too scared it was going to fall through the rust holes.

Rude clerk and truck was dirty in the cabin area, smelled like marijuana too. Clerk wrote improper gas amount and wanted me to sign the paperwork without verifying gas level or damages. Did not want to discuss what I was being charged, told me to check my email and charges should match my reservation. I will never go to this location again. My location was changed after making my reservation.

At this location they was friendly but the person that did the UHaul transactions didn't do a pre trip inspection with me they didn't write down the mileage and I believe I was overpriced for renting the truck based on the mileage they didn't explain anything as far as the rental they just took my credit card payment gave me a piece of paper and the Keys.
