When I picked up the truck it had a little over 3/4 of a tank of gas. I went in and told the "manager" it wasn't full and he said don't worry just bring it back at that level. I returned the truck with 7/8 of a tank (more than it came with), yet they charged me $15 for 3 gallons of gas. Luckily I took a picture of the fuel tank and odometer at pickup. They also charged me $45 for "cleaning" which wasn't necessary. The CS agent I disputed the charge with agreed it was clean after reviewing the photograph. The "manager" at this location is very lazy and very unfriendly. He spends most most of his time behind the desk playing on his phone and arguing in Arabic with his co-worker/dad/whoever. I went back about an hour after drop-off because I thought I had left something in the cab, and he still hadn't inspected the returned truck. When I received the inflated invoice in my email, I called the corporate number on the app. It was gonna be nearly an hour wait on hold, so I returned to the dealership to ask the "manager" about the disputed charges. I walked in with the U-haul wait recording playing clearly on speaker in the background on my phone and took a seat at the "managers" desk. It was nearly 3 minutes before he even acknowledged my presence as he continued his "conversation" in Arabic with his co-worker. He said to take it up with corporate that he didn't care. I had this U-Haul for 19 days and drove a total of 17 miles, extending my rental several times. Everyone I dealt with on the phone was 3xtra helpful and very professional. The only bad experience I had with U-Haul was the "manager" at JJ Truck and Trailer Repair Shop at 2524 S Scatterfield.

I got charged for a cleaning on the truck when I had put in the description when picking it up it was already dirty.
Jaylyn SI would rent from here again. Friendly and helpful. Another local store did not have what we needed and said there was nothing they could do. (LAZY) We stopped at JJ Truck and Trailer repair. They did not have what we needed either, BUT they found one and had it brought to their shop for us. Rear right signal was not working at pick up. The technician got it working with some tape, but it gave a false "not working" signal to my truck fir the entire 2500 mile trip.
RICHARD JThe truck was to be ready for mobile pick up at 8:00 am but it wasn’t. The facility was supposed to open at 9:30 but no one showed up until 9:45 and the truck wasn’t ready until 10:00. This put us two hours behind schedule.
Michael RThe location was filthy, and there was no bathroom. My reservation was for 4pm and the person who could check me out there was not at the location until 4:40pm. I waited 30 minutes just to check out.
