The manager did a great job assisting me. The uhual truck trailer door was frozen shut due to freezing weather. To top it off, the computer software was very slow that morning. She couldn't get the uhual software to start up. We tried calling 1800uhual. The lady on the phone was no help, telling me if the system is slow then nationwide would not working also. She refuse to transfer or help. She didn't even attempt to try on her end. The manager's computer final loaded and we got of the phone. The manager went above and beyond. Exceptional service at the location and poor service over the phone with 1800uhual.
