Great experience with the van and location. The mileage is way too expensive to not include gas and tolls.

Truck was very damaged and kind of scary to drive tbh
JOSE RI recently returned my rental vehicle to [Location Name] on [Return Date]. At the time of pickup and drop-off, the fuel level was at the same mark, and I have timestamped pictures to confirm this. However, I was still charged $15.30 for gas. I visited the return location in person and showed them the before-and-after pictures, but I was informed that I need to contact U-Haul directly for a refund. I have not received any refund. I kindly request you to review this and take appropriate steps for better customer service.
