I recently returned my rental vehicle to [Location Name] on [Return Date]. At the time of pickup and drop-off, the fuel level was at the same mark, and I have timestamped pictures to confirm this. However, I was still charged $15.30 for gas. I visited the return location in person and showed them the before-and-after pictures, but I was informed that I need to contact U-Haul directly for a refund. I have not received any refund. I kindly request you to review this and take appropriate steps for better customer service.

Great customer service
SANDRA JOnly one dolly available at this time but everything else was good
Travis LAll went well and very easy to do. The website is a little too much as there's way too much upsale involved. Might benefit by revamping and offering service extra services at a high level but if opting out, person sees nothing going forward. Truck was fine and was clean, which was good. Person at the counter was nice and friendly both when renting and returning.
