The car I used was very old, the door wouldn't close properly. Even so, he fixed the problem. It was good.

The location was wonderful. Friendly and easy to pickup and drop off. U-Haul, however, charged me for "safe something or other" that I explicitly declined during the checkout process. I will be complaining loudly and publicly if this charge shows up on my credit card.
BRAXTON LThe ride quality was very bad, shaky. It says it has better suspension compared to other brands and I've driven other brands as well as a U-Haul equipment in the past. This one was certainly not well-maintained. The gear shift was very hard as well.
