The location doubles as a variety store and UHaul truck provider, which is fine if you don't need anything except picking up a truck. For example, someone left all the wrapping blankets outside overnight, which meant the overnight rain soaked them. I then had to go to another full-service UHaul center to swap out the blankets for dry ones. This almost created a time issue with loaders at my moving site. The owner is an affable, understanding person and seemingly runs the variety store efficiently, but the UHaul business is a money-making add-on. I am confident he will learn how to operate both businesses effectively. Give him time.

NAVEEN LThe store staff didn’t seem to know the passcode for the computer to get my reservation started. Took over half an hour. Upon returning the vehicle the only person who can handle U-Haul transactions was not there to finalize the transaction or give me a receipt.
