I am writing to report several problems with my recent U‑Haul reservation: My confirmed pickup location was changed without my approval. The truck I reserved was given to someone else, and I was assigned a larger truck I did not request. The new pickup location was significantly farther away, adding time and inconvenience. U‑Haul’s corporate website was down (site says this happens ever weekend), which caused a one‑hour delay in picking up the vehicle. The truck I received was not cleaned and had only a half tank of gas at pickup. These issues caused unnecessary delays, additional travel, and a poor rental experience. I am requesting appropriate compensation, such as a partial refund or credit, to reflect the inconvenience and the failure to provide the service as reserved.

Passenger side door needs some maintenance. It is difficult to close, and inside handle is loose.
