RUSSELL MThe online check in experience has improved since i last rented but glad there was someone there to check out in person as I couldn't figure out how to return online. Repeat customer at this location because they're the best I've rented from
Susan HThe location refused to check me in even though I picked that option when I made reservation. They referred me to the U Haul app which took a while and required me to call U-haul to switch my reservation to self check-in. I then had to wait for approval through the app, which took additional time and another reach out to U-haul. Overall it took 30+ mins to get the equipment when in reality it should take 5 mins.
