The people there were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. In fact I have rented from them multiple times. The truck was horrible. The steering was all over the place. However I was surprised to see very high quality Michelin tires on there. That was my only issue with truck it was clean ran well and had solid brakes. Just steering was soooo loose.

Nothing! The app was easy to use and it was a good process to pick up the truck and go. And I ran longer than the time that I put I would return the vehicle and I called and the gentleman was very nice and said no worries and there’s no up charge for that so I was good. Definitely will use U-Haul again.

Guy taking care of me was nice but they didnt have the vehicle size I wanted so I had to pay more for one I didn't need then the computers had me there for a hour because they where down just not a good experience

The call center was horrible I was unable to get the location I wanted they moved my reservation To a location that was almost 15 miles with out calling me it was not till I logged in to finish the check out that I found it

It was close to home. Easy to get to. They guy that helped us, I think his name was Dan was very nice and he made everything easy. He had the truck ready for us which was great so we didn't have to wait. We will definitely use this Uhaul if we ever need a truck again. Lots of construction going on. Looks like to is going to be a really nice and very large place when it is finished.

Rating: @UHaul Nightmare!!! I took 2 days before writing this post. I’m outraged! Moving with @UHaul was an absolute nightmare. Moves are always difficult. Stress is assured. Damages are expected. Using @UHaul only aggravated the situation. The UBox container was delivered to me on August 22nd. My immediate reaction when I saw the size was to ask the @UHaul delivery person if they were sure this would hold the contents studio/1-bedroom apartment. They guaranteed me that it would. The UBox barely fits the contents of 1 room. When I called the calling center to let them know, the apathetic representative suggested that I rent a second container at same price of $785 which include another one-month rental fee (even if you are using it for 1 week) and delivery charge. I opted to pay someone with a van to drive me upstate with the remaining boxes. They were cheaper than a second UBox but still expensive. I scheduled for them to pick-up the UBox the next day on August 23rd. The morning of, I received a call at approximately 10:00 am from Jeff (yes, I’m giving the names I remember). Jeff said he was may be 2 hours out and would be there to pick up the container. I asked Jeff to call me or ring the bell when he arrived because I wanted to check the container with them before putting a security lock on it. 2 hours later I hadn’t heard from Jeff, so I go out into the driveway to find the container gone. I immediately called Jeff and asked him to get back to me because there’s no lock on it. I called a 2nd and 3rd time. I never heard from Jeff! I got the advice to call @UHaul directly. I spoke to a representative on August 26th who reached out to Jeff’s manager at the Horseblock Road UHaul location. The manager told them that they’d call me to resolve the matter once their phone lines were back up. Two days later I accepted that I was never getting that call. I scheduled the pick-up for August 23rd because I was guaranteed that I would get access to my property on September 5th at my requested UHaul location on Erie Boulevard. I specifically chose this location because it’s a short distance from my apartment. On September 4th, I received an automated email notification that my UBox was set to arrive on the 6th. I immediately called @UHaul because I had hired movers and a handyman to help. I spoke to a nice enough representative who explained that the transport was late, and although the container would arrive on the 6th, I could only get access on the 7th. I could not do the move on the 7th and asked them if the Erie Boulevard UHaul location would be open on Sunday the 8th. They contacted the manager there, who then called me to say that they expected to receive the shipment on the 6th and I could come on the 7th. I explained that I planned to come on the 8th, and asked them to call me on the 6th to confirm arrival of my container. I’ll admit that for this trouble, the repres
