The actual location is good but the shop is very sketchy. Undesirable professional atmosphere. Not professional at all.

The people were very friendly but they were having problems with the software so even though I had done the early check in, it still took quite a while to get the process completed. Also, I don't believe the truck has been washed in a very long time, not even the windshield. The truck kind of clean on the inside.

The staff here was extremely helpful and accommodating, I would definitely consider this location again if I lived in the area. The only thing that could have used improvement was the truck itself, which was in fine shape, but smelled of cigarette smoke and had dirty cupholders from a previous driver.

I think you could offer to level the trailer with an adjustable hitch for an extra fee. Or have an air impact hammer available so that if the customer's hitch is reversible (1" Rise or 2" Drop etc...) that the best one is selected. Sometimes the customer's fixed trailer hitch is just not right for the trailer depending on vehicle receiver height. Many times, the tow ball is so tight (250 ft lbs) that you can't get it off with a regular wrench and average strength.

The person in this location did not show up for work on time so someone else on site opened up the office and took our Uhaul key and paperwork. She told us we would receive a receipt via our email address. If we owed any money it would show up on our receipt. UNFORTUNATELY, we now have no paperwork/receipt for what we paid to rent the Uhaul truck. The receipt we were sent via email showed no balance (that was good given we were on time and even left more gas than we were given) and no record of what we prepaid. We now need to contact Uhaul to obtain a receipt so we have one for our records. Had I known that was going to happen, we would have asked the helpful lady to make us a copy of the receipt we were given when we picked up the Uhaul truck and prepaid for its use.

The staff were very helpful. The location is a fleamarket/storage unit facility on South Pacific HWY. The Uhaul office is a little hole in the wall tucked into the back of a small parking lot for the fleamarket and has no parking for the large truck we dropped off. It is hard to maneuver.

They don't answer phone calls... all calls were routed to a call center. There was a flea market going on at this location we couldn't tell where we were supposed to leave uhaul. Had they answered phone we could have avoided unnecessary stress. Hard to pull in. Office not well marked.

Was rushed to park trailer. They were impatient and too busy to check me in. It took 5 days and I had to call twice in order to get my rental checked in. Will not use this location again.

Had to pay for a large truck. Their small facility doesn't have small ones. Girl on phone was suppose to call back if a small truck came in and never did. By the time I had to pick up truck it was Sunday and no other place was open. Problems with printer so I didn't get a printed receipt at the time I rented truck. Did not get a receipt when I returned it as they were going to use e-mail. Got the e-mail but attachment won't open. I have no idea what this truck cost me.

If there is no ramp on truck, be explicit there is no ramp when renting. When renting on line it indicated there was a ramp on this truck. When I arrived at my destination and went to deploy the ramp, found the model I was given did not have one and I had to Build one out of scrap at my loading location, this cost me 1/2 my morning that I could have been loading. To unload I had to purchase a $150 ramp from Harbour Freight, because I did not have the same resources to hand at hat location. Very irritated
