If they pay in Cash, and you tell them they will be refunded in Cash when they return it at another location. Then it Better hold True. It didnt and now I am out $60 cash and have to wait for a check to be mailed back to me from UHaul. Not Happy at all with this rental. Also 2 different banks and debit cards were declined at this location. We were told it happens often???!! I have plenty of funds in my accounts!!! Then we had to pay cash which was More expensive!!! I only accepted because we were told we would receive our $60.00 cash deposit back that Day when we returned it!!!

I got a truck with gas on E. Was logged as 1/8 tank. So I did not get the accurate gas back. The truck had a tire leak when I picked it up and I had to have the tire replaced. I lost the whole day pretty much. Then after the tire was replaced there was an issue with the sensor for it. It was frustrating weekend. Service tech never checked dash lights or the air in the new tire after putting it on
Lynn KYou delivered a truck I did not want to a location 45 minutes from the one o requested at a different time than I requested. Will never use or recommend uhaul again.
christopher sYour website is a mess and not worth using. The app too. If someone leaves extra gas when returning, we should get a credit. Noone should ever pick up a vehicle with a quarter tank anyway. Its rude.
