I arrived earlier than my intended pick up time, the gentleman was preparing the rental and had other rentals to prepare. The ONLY reason that I took a picture of the inside of the cab was because previous renters didn't leave it "clean" and left items in the truck and I didn't want to pay for what previous renters left. As for the company, the gentleman was very nice and understanding of my situation and early arrival time. The lady that checked me in and took my payment was super sweet and both were very easy to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any uhaul needs!
