Unattended Pickup and drop off went fine. Location and truck size were changed the night before. Not a big inconvenience, but the protective furniture pads I had ordered were not in the truck.

Deanna ADo not recommend to a customer they can drop off at another location 20 miles away and they shouldn’t charge extra. Paid 4 times the amount for a return to Akron instead of origin in Medina.
