Mariana CMy experience with U-Haul has been absolutely terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone under any circumstances. In the past week, I’ve used their services twice, and both times were awful. The first time, I showed up for my reservation only to find out that I couldn’t drop off the truck at another location, even though I had clearly indicated that in the booking. Then the second time, I made a reservation one day before I needed the truck, arrived at 5 a.m., and — although the truck was there — there were no keys for it. As a result, I had to make a new reservation, waste my time, and drive to another location, all at 5 in the morning, hoping they would approve it. Absolutely terrible experience.
