The one drawback to this location is the extremely limited customer parking. I believe there were only two parking spots available plus the handicap space. The other few were taken up by UHaul trucks.

We had some issues where we were told we had been charged for the extra day we requested, but then we’re charged another $171 plus dollars and couldn’t get a breakdown of the charges. This also contiywith the drop off location who are the ones charging me the $171. No one was the least bit helpful or assisting. We have used U-haul more then I can count, but was treated like crap, so I can honestly say that I will not ever have the use for I-haul again!!!

As the primary reason to rent one of your vehicles is to move material, why must one pay additional fees to use the equipment you already offer in the truck? A hand trhvj and a dolly seem a normal requirement.

I recommend more organization and communication with reservations and schedule pick ups, corporate office is telling me one thing and then the store is telling me another thing, whats the point in a corporate office if they dont even know whats going on. I have my location switched three times, when I had a reservation at a closer location to both houses, thats not fare to the customer when you charge by the mile. Also, when I finally went to the location given to me after they changed my reservation I showed up at the store for a 8:30 am pick up and that location doesnt even provide trucks that early in the morning they open at 10 am, so again I am calling Uhaul to find out how I am getting my truck the day of my move, I was finally given a location that provided me my truck, but when you set a reservation and schedule movers that your paying by the hour, your reservation should be what it is, a reservation! Or if you move someone to a further location there should be a discount for milage. I bragged about Uhaul until this most recent experiance, I dont think I will be using Uhaul again because instead of making my move less stressful they made it even more stressful. Nothing against this particular store the staff at this store was very friendly and helpsful. But I am very dissapointed in Uhaul with all the running around and having to call after I had already made my reservation weeks prior.

I am not happy in the delay it took to get myself going. What should have taken 5 minutes took about about one hour. I would like to know what you will offer for my inconvenience. I had to drive more due to the delay.

I do thousands of dollars worth of rentals with usual every year for work. This location was the Worst on customer service and I would never go there again and will probably not use insult again. The truck I rented on this occasion was at 3/4 of a tank and the paper work at the beginning was wrong and said 7/8. I put the tank back to where it was and then was charged 18 dollars for an eighth of a tank. Now why would I go through the trouble To put gas in it to get over charged for two gallons of gas. I guess uhaul doesn’t care about customer service enough and lost a long term customer over 18 bucks. I’m in customer service and I’m not saying give away and lose money but this was a ridiculous experience. You guys need to train better and teach what good customer service is. To have to argue over an eighth of a tank that was mismarked is ridiculous. Enterprise or Penske will take my business from now on. Best regards
