Ryan JI didn't know that there was a $20 fee to drop off after clothes until I saw the itemized receipt. I would have changed my plans and save 20 bucks. That should be more transparent.
Jason VI received a trailer that should not have been on the road. I had two blowouts and the wheels were wobbly. The trailer clearly was not a part of any planned maintenance schedule. Based on this trailer my guess would be that there is no regularly schedule for maintenance on the trailers, meaning you just let them go until there is a problem. Not only is this very unfair to the customers that you are charging insanely high prices, it is dangerous.
