Even with being slammed, Employee and Customer Service Rep ZACHARY rises to the pressure by helping his co-worker move the line more swiftly. Good job, Zachary; he avoided my transportation leaving me there at the store because of the increased customer(s) returning Trucks, renting storage units and All that UHAUL have to offer our community. The staff were friendly and knowledgable but I had a 10 am reservation and it took 40 mins to get to the front counter to check-in. It was the end of the month and on a Saturday which I assume Is the busiest time of the month but I thought 40 mins was a little excessive. Our move also was over 500 miles and although the 26 foot truck appeared to be a newer model it shook violently and squeaked the entire trip.

Speed up process The people working at the counter also had to go outside and get you your trailer or truck. I've been to other Uhaul Rental agencies where they had people at the counter and people in the yard. This was a lot faster.
