WILLIAM HThe inside of the trailer I rented was covered in mud and was wet inside. I had to put sheets down in order to put stuff in the trailer.

JOHN KTruck interior was not clean, particularly the windows, there was what appeared to be dog poop on the side of the passengers seat. We cleaned it so that it was usable. Exterior windows and mirrors were very dirty, we had to clean them ourselves before heading out on the road. Van floor was not swept out, we had to do it ourselves before loading our furniture. Truck was supposed to be ready at 9 AM. Had to wait until close to 11 AM as it was not returned by the previous renter. The lady at the pickup spot basically checked the mileage and gave us the furniture blankets. Not sure she noticed or cared how dirty the unit was.
