No one in the building upon arrival. Arrived at 9:30am to an empty U-Haul counter. Person arrived about 20 minutes later to rent the truck. Did not receive a printed contract. Original pick up location was to be Taylor mi. 48180. My son in law that rented a truck as well, was given a printed contract and was in and out in less than 10 minutes at the Taylor location. Dearborn pick up location needs some serious improvement.

You must maintain and repair the tracks. I had difficulty driving the truck Due to lack of track maintenance .
