The truck waste clean and the back smelled like something died in it, but Christian was very friendly and took care of all my needs. I would recommend and utilize this location again.

NINA LThe ladies that I encountered during this interaction were very pleasant and practiced good customer service. My only complaint is that the back of the U-Haul that’s used to put your furniture and other personal items was dirty and dusty. I had to sweep it out myself.

ROBERT GManager was kind and efficient. Very limited resources. Trailer did not have a hitch jack and there was no portable one on-site. Neither she nor I could lift the tongue to remove it from my hitch. She had to call someone in which meant that a simple drop-off took about 40 minutes. I don't understand, with a reservation, why the unit I needed wasn't available at a more convenient location (Lamar Ave).
