Manager was kind and efficient. Very limited resources. Trailer did not have a hitch jack and there was no portable one on-site. Neither she nor I could lift the tongue to remove it from my hitch. She had to call someone in which meant that a simple drop-off took about 40 minutes. I don't understand, with a reservation, why the unit I needed wasn't available at a more convenient location (Lamar Ave).
