How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy reservation was moved to this location that was supposed to be open on Sundays, it was not. No virtual check in information was provided to me/or any insight on how to get keys from a lockbox. I sat on hold for 30 mins with Uhaul, and then received "help" from a representative who either hung up on me or transferred me back to on hold for another 27 minutes. I finally figured it out, and then the truck I rented was in horrible condition. It was filthy, smelled terribly of gasoline, had less than a 1/4 tank of gas, and needed new brakes. We had to spend 40 minutes cleaning out the back to avoid damage to my furniture and personal items I was moving. I did not have any other options as it was a Sunday and the ONLY day available I had to move- which again put me another almost hour behind schedule. I am extremely disappointed in my experience, and will not be renting from Uhaul again nor will I recommend it to others.
LISA CThe pick up and drop off was easy and stress free. I have no recommendations at this point. Wonderful location.
