How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment was very dirty so dirty I had to be careful not to get my clothes dirty from the dirt left inside the U-Haul. Then the location had a very weird mixup. I got there to grab my van and the guy at the desk said he didn't have a reservation for me, he took my number and said it was at another location (one that I have never used before). Then after 20 or so minutes he gets it transferred to his location and states that he'll grab the van and bring it over from the lot that all the reserved vehicles is located in. I questioned how was it at another location if he already had the van staged? I need a much less time consuming check out process at the location because I'm using the cargo van to move DJ equipment around and usually for a wedding. I'm in formal dress wear a dirty (and I mean really dirty) van can get on me and cause me to look unprofessional and the delays getting the vehicles could impact my timeline.
