Your app is AWFUL. I did not have one positive experience using this app. I called customer service with a list of grievances. If you TRULY value us as customers, you will go through this app with a fine tooth comb, and a regular consumer to find all the snags. Not User friendly at all!!!! Even customer service recognizes there's a significant problem. I will not be using uhaul again, simply for this reason, not because I don't value this service.

No drop off box. Had issues getting close out. Got two emails hours after my rental was dropped off. Charged extra just a overall bad experience could have used a moving company and spent less.
